Fight Night

Open to all adult graduates

Has it been a while since your last IMPACT class? Join us for Fight Night. Choose the fight scenario or verbal strategies you’d like to practice, and warm up in customized drill groups to prepare for the “fight.” You will be able to review your scenario on video and receive feedback on all aspects of the fight. Integrate the feedback into the next scenario or choose another situation or scenario to work on your next goal. Fight Night serves as a wonderfully quick refresher, a place to reunite with classmates, and a preparation to join the next training level.

One three-hour session.




We always offer a safe space for graduates to return by creating a community of those with the fighting spirit. We welcome success stories and requests for support.
